Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing depends on session length and the type of massage you book, whether that's deep tissue, therapeutic work, or a Swedish relaxation session. Call or text (386) 627-3039 for current rates and to find a session length that fits your budget and schedule.
Stacy's Tranquil Touch works by appointment so each session can be planned around what you actually need. Call or text (386) 627-3039 that works, and let her know if you're dealing with a specific pain point ahead of your visit.
The studio is located on Moody Blvd in Flagler Beach and serves clients from across Flagler County, including Palm Coast, Bunnell, and Beverly Beach, as well as nearby Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and St. Augustine.
Your first visit starts with a short conversation about what's bothering you, any injuries or conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia, and what you want out of the session. From there, Stacy adjusts pressure and technique as she works, so speak up if something needs to change.
Most clients undress to their comfort level and are professionally draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered at any time. Wear whatever feels easiest to change out of, and ask Stacy ahead of time if you have questions about what to expect.
Ask about accepted payment methods when you call or text to book your appointment. Confirming ahead of time means there are no surprises when your session wraps up and you're ready to head out.
Clients managing arthritis and fibromyalgia describe real relief after sessions built around their specific pain points, including improved range of motion and less day-to-day stiffness. Massage isn't a cure, but adjusting pressure and technique around flare-ups can make ongoing pain more manageable between visits.
It depends on what you're managing. Clients dealing with chronic pain or an active flare-up sometimes come weekly, while others come every few weeks for general tension and stress relief. Stacy will talk through a schedule that fits your situation after your first visit.
Deep tissue uses slower, firmer pressure to reach muscle layers under the surface and target chronic tension or old injuries. Swedish massage uses lighter, broader strokes focused on relaxation and circulation. Some sessions blend both, depending on what you need that day.
Same-day availability depends on the schedule that week. Call or text (386) 627-3039 and Stacy will let you know what openings are available and try to work you in if something's bothering you right away.
Coverage varies by provider and plan, so check with your insurance company about massage therapy benefits before your visit. Ask Stacy's Tranquil Touch what documentation they can provide if you plan to submit for reimbursement.
Let Stacy know about any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, including things like arthritis or fibromyalgia, before your session starts. Sessions are adjusted around what your body can handle that day, and it's always fine to ask her to change pressure or avoid an area.

Serving Bunnell
Bunnell is a smaller, more rural town than its coastal neighbors, with roots in agriculture and a role as the county government center. Many residents work physical jobs, drive longer distances for work, or spend time outdoors on county land, all of which contribute to lower back strain, joint stiffness, and general muscle fatigue. As the administrative hub of Flagler County, Bunnell also has an older demographic mixed in with younger working families, which means the range of what Stacy sees from Bunnell clients spans from repetitive strain to age-related aches.

Why Bunnell customers need this work
Bunnell's economy leans more agricultural and industrial than the beachside towns nearby, which means more physical labor, longer commutes, and less desk-job posture strain but more repetitive-motion and heavy-lifting related tension. Deep tissue and trigger point work aimed at the shoulders, lower back, and forearms tends to be what Bunnell clients need most. The short drive out to Flagler Beach makes it easy to fit a massage around a trip to the courthouse or county offices.

Why Choose Stacy's Tranquil Touch for Massage therapy in Bunnell
Bunnell is the Flagler County seat, a short drive inland from Flagler Beach, and clients from the area come to Stacy's Tranquil Touch for the same reasons anyone else does: chronic pain, tight muscles, and stress that builds up over a work week. The drive out to the coast is a quick one, and a lot of Bunnell clients pair a session with a beach afternoon or an errand run along A1A.
Bunnell customers choose us because we treat every project like it's our own — no upselling, no surprises, just straightforward work that gets the job done right.
Whether you live in Bunnell or just need a reliable team nearby, we're a short drive from Flagler Beach and happy to walk you through every recommendation before any work begins.
Bunnell is roughly a 15 to 20 minute drive from the studio in Flagler Beach, close enough to combine with a trip to the courthouse, a county office, or the coast. Stacy's Tranquil Touch has built its name through reviews and word of mouth across Flagler County, including Bunnell, rather than through a big advertising budget, which is part of why the sessions stay personal instead of assembly-line.
